A bit about us
We work as one team from our two studios in Chichester and Brighton & Hove.

Our impressive Chichester studio offers an open-plan working environment in the heart of the city, next to the picturesque Priory Park and with convenient access to Chichester’s historic town. We have flexible and accessible commuting options for our team, including, secure bicycle parking and showers onsite, public transport just minutes walk away, plus a large public car park.

Our Brighton & Hove studio is based in the city’s largest independent co-working community, known for its vibrant and collaborative atmosphere. Our Hove location offers many benefits our city is known for; independent shops and cafes, a short walk from the seafront , and well-connected cycle lanes and public transport options.
Professional development
At HNW, we are strongly committed to the continuous training and development of our team at every level. We foster a supportive work environment and encourage active collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Regular workshops, courses, and curated CPD sessions, keep everyone up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry best practices.

Through our in-house mentoring program we support the career development of our team. We also take an active part in the RIBA mentoring scheme with local universities and work experience programs with local schools, to nurture and inspire future generations of architects, several of whom we are proud to say go on to join us.
Personal wellbeing
Employee wellbeing is always our top priority. We offer a range of physical and mental health support services within our inclusive work environment. To help everyone in the team maintain a healthy work-life balance we offer; flexible work arrangements including remote options, flexible hours, part-time working, a choice of studio locations, and paid time off.

We continuously cultivate our sense of community through weekly staff meetings, regular outings, and various social and sporting activities.
Diversity, equality and inclusion
We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer, committed to fostering professional development within an inclusive environment. We actively promote equality and celebrate the diversity of our team.

However, we recognise the lack of diversity in our industry and we’re dedicated to addressing this issue. We welcome applications from people of under-represented backgrounds and personal characteristics.
