RIBA Mentoring
HNW are active members of the RIBA Mentoring Scheme, we are delighted to have spent several months regularly engaging with undergraduate and post graduate students as part of our collaboration with both the University of Portsmouth and University of Brighton. We’re also assisting with Solent University.
We give very tangible and hands on experience into what working within the construction industry is really like, with visits to both our Chichester and Brighton & Hove studios as well as taking students to live construction sites. Through these visits, aspiring Architects are able to understand how a conceptual designs transform into completed buildings.
It is also an important time of year for younger students who are actively considering their future career paths. We’ve been attending a number of career fairs and offering work experience places to share impartial guidance and knowledge to an array of secondary school and further education students.
