HNW and the wider project team are delighted to be shortlisted as finalist for a consecutive year in the South Coast Property Awards 2024 for the Commercial Development of the Year category.
Located in the heart of the Portsmouth Motor Park, the new INEOS dealership is a bold and highly sustainable showroom consisting of a modern, purpose-built retail and workshop space that reflects the brand’s strong, new identity. The new building delivers a significant component of our wider masterplan for this part of the constrained site, and occupies a prime location for one of the country’s pioneering INEOS Grenadier dealerships.
The South Coast Property Awards are an important industry event and we are thrilled to be part of the final selection. The winners will be announced at a ceremony in June and we wish all the other finalists the best of luck!
