Bramber Community Kitchen Final
Following the recent announcement of our internal HNW Bake Off 2025 competition results recently, yesterday saw our internal Star Bakers (Steve, Nadia, and Rosie) take to the Brighton Community Kitchen alongside our friends at Vail Williams all in support of the incredible work of Bramber Bakehouse. Together, we set out on a mission to determine the Ultimate Bake-Off champion for 2025, and the competition did not disappoint!
The day kicked off with a hands-on piping challenge masterclass, where participants learned techniques, tested their creativity, and discovered just how much skill goes into picture-perfect bakes. From delicate swirls to bold designs, the kitchen was full of laughter, (a little bit of stress), friendly rivalry, and a whole lot of icing sugar.
A huge congratulations to the winner, Jiezel from Vail Williams, whose precision and flair secured the top spot, followed closely by Steve from HNW in second place for the home-team.
We’re proud to continue to support Bramber Bakehouse and their life-changing work, and we’re already looking forward to more collaboration with Vail Williams and the team at Bramber Bakehouse next year. Here’s to more community, more creativity, and of course… more cake!
