We are excited to reveal that we are opening a new studio in Brighton and Hove!
Not only does this provide us with a new working hub that provides us with nearby access to several current projects in Brighton and beyond, it is also a fantastic opportunity to embrace a progressive approach to flexible, collaborative working and staff wellbeing, that we as a team are passionate about.
Creating places and buildings where people choose to spend time has never been so relevant, and our decision to build on our base in Chichester has been driven by offering our staff more flexibility and choice in how, and where, they can create and collaborate. The new studio in Hove will also give our clients more options to engage with their HNW architectural teams.
Our new hub is located in Platf9rm, and is recognised as Brighton & Hove’s largest independent co-working community of businesses and creative entrepreneurs, known for its lively and collaborative culture.

It will enable us to be even closer to some of our recent local projects including Pelham Street, BHASVIC ‘Copper’ Building & The Elms Building, University of Brighton and Jaguar Land Rover, Brighton, to name just a few.

In addition to utilising a new way of working, by acquiring a studio at Platf9rm, we have been actively adapting office spaces for our clients. We have looked at the changes to working patterns and environments for new and existing clients to challenge the norms of office spaces and have produced adaptable, dynamic and engaging spaces for our clients and their employees.
We have recently completed a number of office design projects, including the Head Office for Lane Clarke and Peacock (LCP) in Winchester, and ‘Project Tiger’, the bold office transformation for Wates Group at their Head Office in Leatherhead.
LCP commenced pre-COVID, with a brief that was multifaceted, requiring a bold concept that engendered a change in office culture, with blended and focused workspaces and flexible relaxed work environments that accommodate a range of functional needs, centred around process and task demands. The early implementation of this change has given LCP an ideal environment to embrace the new and emerging ways and places in which we will all be working. Project Tiger provides an office concept focussed on People and Sustainable Social Values, with invigorating spaces serving as an arena where people are inspired to come to work.
