Norquay Business Park
As we near the end of the year we’re pleased to share that Practical Completion has been achieved on Phase 1 of the new Norquay Business Park in Southampton.
The light industrial and mixed-use employment scheme on Wide Lane, adjacent to the M27 motorway, features circa 25,000sqft flexible industrial employment accommodation and a coffee Drive-Through pre-let as a Starbucks. The sustainable development of this former brownfield site will provide excellent and much needed local employment opportunities as well as amenity value.
Well done to the team at Amiri Construction for overcoming numerous challenges on the tight site, we look forward to seeing the fit-out completed in the new year and enjoying a coffee there then.
