At the centre of Northwood Park is a flagship ultra-rapid EV charging hub, delivered with E-Veezy, featuring Ultra-Fast 400kW charging and designed to support local commuters, Manor Royal businesses, airport travellers and commercial vehicles alike.

Alongside the EV infrastructure, the development includes retail and convenience amenities, with Sainsbury’s Local and Greggs providing essential stops for drivers and visitors, creating a more connected and customer-friendly roadside experience.
