Planning Success at Martello Lofts, Hove
We’re delighted to have secured planning permission for our retrofit and reuse design at Martello Lofts, Portland Road, Hove, for Martin Homes. This thoughtful scheme will transform an incomplete structure with a two storey penthouse extension with six high-quality new apartments and duplex’s, with generous layouts, an abundance of natural light, and private roof terraces for every home.
