In addition to advanced EV infrastructure, the development incorporates a pocket park — a green, welcoming space for customers and the wider community to enjoy — contributing to the wider Manor Royal landscaping and amenity strategy.

Delivered by MCS Construction on behalf of Sixpenny Group and Arcus-PCD, the scheme includes 28 charging bays, including dedicated spaces designed specifically for long wheelbase commercial vans, ensuring accessibility for a wide range of users.
