Waterloo Park - Phase 2 progressing on site

HNW Architects have been involved in the wider redevelopment of this brownfield site from masterplanning through to outline consent for Hargreaves, and are now delivering the detailed design for the current phase on site alongside Mildren Construction.

The scheme forms part of a wider three-phase strategy to unlock the site for a mix of retail and commercial uses, carefully structured to respond to infrastructure and viability constraints.

Phase 2, due for completion later this year, will deliver a sustainable new anchor food retail store alongside drive-through units for Costa Coffee and KFC, further establishing Waterloo Park as a key roadside and local amenity destination.

The wider masterplan has been designed to allow future phases to respond flexibly to occupier demand, including potential for employment-generating uses such as light industrial and storage, while ensuring each phase can be delivered independently.
