Located within the Newick Conservation Area, the development will sensitively integrate with the village’s character. The redundant joinery building will be repurposed into eight apartments, while seven new mews houses and four additional flats will be constructed on the former builder’s yard and storage areas. By retaining the existing structure, we preserve embodied carbon, maintain the areas’s character, and keep a connection with the past.
