New Residents Move In
We are delighted to share that our South Street project in Lancing has completed, with residents now moving into their new homes. This transformative development has turned a compact, underused car park into much-needed housing for vulnerable local families, delivering seven high-quality one- and two-bedroom mews homes for Adur District Council.
Designed with sustainability and community in mind, the homes utilise off-site manufacturing, prefabrication, and a SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) system to ensure efficiency, minimal waste and disturbance, and exceptional quality. The architecture respects the local context, featuring a robust and timeless palette of natural materials suited to the coastal environment.
With carefully considered landscaping, retained trees, native planting, private gardens, shared amenity spaces, and sustainable transport options—including cycle storage and EV charging points—South Street is more than just a housing project; it’s a place where people can thrive.
